As someone who’s been a part of the car community for several years, I aim to bring these unseen nights into the limelight with the use of documentary photographs and environmental portraits. By using a juxtaposition of the sizes between subject and background, I capture private moments of a diverse field of individuals within a vast world. In these portraits, I want to emphasize the symbiosis relationship between the people and their machines.These people spent countless hours obsessing over every detail of their vehicle’s performance and appearance. Ranging from the everyday enthusiasts on the street to the sponsored drivers for motorsport, these images depict the surreal unseen moments of the automotive community to the public eye.
